KLASTER+ Project Kick-off Meeting

The KLASTER+ project kick-off meeting will take place on 22 September 2026. It will bring together project team members, representatives of the project partners, and invited guests.

Purpose of the meeting

The meeting will introduce the project objectives, implementation plan, and working arrangements between the team and project partners. It will also give participants an opportunity to present their expertise and discuss their roles in the planned activities.

Planned topics

The meeting will cover:

• project objectives and expected outcomes,
• the scope of the planned research and development work,
• the project schedule and key milestones,
• the roles of team members and project partners,
• communication and coordination arrangements,
• immediate next steps.

After the meeting, we will publish a summary covering the main outcomes and the project’s next steps.
