KLASTER+ Team Visits the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology
A KLASTER+ team visit focused on the building’s electrical power infrastructure and opportunities for future cooperation.
Members of the KLASTER+ project team visited the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology. The visit provided an opportunity to examine the building’s electrical power infrastructure and discuss possible cooperation in the ongoing project.
The team examined the photovoltaic installation, energy storage system, and the solutions used to integrate them with the building’s electrical installation.
The visit also included discussions with Professor Tomasz Wejrzanowski, Vice-Dean for General Affairs and Research, and Gabriela Komorowska, MSc, a PhD candidate and co-author of an article on the photovoltaic installation and energy storage system (in Polish): article in Przegląd Elektrotechniczny (in Polish).
The discussions covered the possible use of measurement data and available infrastructure, as well as how the Faculty team’s experience could support the KLASTER+ project. They focused on how these resources could contribute to research on renewable energy integration and energy flow management in buildings.
